Pineapple Casserole

I think it turned out fantastic!!

2 cans pineapple chunks, drained

1 c. sugar

6 Tbsp. flour

2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

3/4 to 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 stick margarine, melted


Mix first 4 ingredients well. Put thin layer of cracker crumbs in medium size baking dish. Add pineapple mixture. Use remaining cracker crumbs to cover mixture. Drizzle melted margarine over the crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
